Virtual Company Indonesia (VCI)
Virtual Company Indonesia (VCI) is a business simulation program using an active learning approach through a website platform developed by PEN Worldwide and connected to an international network in 40 countries worldwide. This program is designed to provide students with real-world experience in running a virtual company. Through VCI, participants can develop business ideas, design strategies, and manage the operations of their own virtual company in a near-real-world environment.
This program aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, managerial skills, and critical and creative thinking skills from an early age, preparing Indonesia's young generation to compete globally. With an interactive and hands-on learning approach, VCI is an ideal platform for students to hone their leadership skills and gain a firsthand understanding of business dynamics.
Redea Institute & PEN Worldwide
VCI operates under a license from Redea Institute in collaboration with PEN Worldwide, an international network that facilitates the Practice Enterprise concept in various countries. While running a virtual company, students will network, conduct business transactions, and collaborate with other virtual companies in over 40 countries and over 7,500 Practice Enterprises (PEs) worldwide connected to the PEN Worldwide platform.
